Q: What services does Miller Property Inspections provide during an inspection?
A: During every home inspection, I follow the standards of practice set down by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. There are also options available such as a full thermal imaging of the house and it's systems, as well as a cursory drain scope with a 10 foot inspection camera. This lets you see not only what is on the surface, but behind the scenes as well!
Q: How long will a home inspection take?
A: Inspection time can vary quite a bit based on size and condition of the house as well as any additional structures being inspected on the property. You can plan for a minimum of 2-3 hours.
